The Course

On the Fast Track course we provide those wishing to enter the field of domestic plumbing with the necessary skills and knowledge to set themselves up as a self employed plumber. Building an honest, reliable reputation is up to you. Fast Track provides specialists training for those wanting to become self-employed plumbers working mainly in the domestic plumbing & maintenance arena.

Our two week Fast Track course is designed to be intensive, to get the maximum hands-on training you will need to enter this lucrative industry. On the course we cover the full range of topics without the long boring lectures, tailored to help you quickly learn and grasp the skill of becoming a plumber and enable you to become a confident self-employed domestic plumber.

  • Highly skilled trainers experienced in domestic plumbing will teach you.
  • The professional training you will receive will enable you to work as a self-employed plumber.
  • A competence certificate is provided upon completion of the Fast Track course. (stating all the installation and maintenance work you have undertaken). You will then be able to enter the industry. You may wish at a later date to gain other qualifications, at an NVQ level.

"CORGI registered" is a nationally recognized sign and when you have gained more experience as a plumber, you can use your course certificate as proof of training and apply to be assessed and become "CORGI registered". or an "approved plumber" on "un-vented systems". (This is entirely dependant on meeting the criteria of the training centre you approach)

Our courses have no age restrictions.

The places on our courses are limited and will quickly become fully booked these are allocated strictly on a first come first served basis.

  • Fitting new taps
  • Fitting a pedestal basin

On the Fast Track course we concentrate on teaching you hands-on all you need to know to become a self-employed plumber.

No long boring lectures that eat up your time. Everything is tailored for maximum absorption. Extensive practical / technical knowledge is what you need. During the course your business cards will be designed for you, overalls on the course are yours to keep, tools and a bag are also included to get you started.

We even provide post-training support to those needing advice following completion of the course. Fast Track are fundamental in your absorption into the industry. Remember, there is so much work out there that for the honest, trustworthy and reliable the earning potential is endless.

You may have encountered it yourself with ringing for a plumber only to be left waiting for days or even for them to not even turn up. They are busy and can afford to turn the work down, there is just too much work, that is the bottom line. Get the skill and start earning what you are worth!

You will be trained in a fully equipped training environment with a full range of appliances at your disposal.

A toolkit & bag are provided, protective overalls for use both during the course and for you to take away on the completion of the 2 week course.

A cloakroom is provided for your use with hot & cold drinks and a microwave oven.
